The Spaces

The Cafe offers a collection of flexible spaces designed for brand activations, media presentations, networking events, product launches, workshops, and corporate gatherings. The venue combines a European inspired cafe and seasonal patio to create a distinctive setting that leaves a lasting impression.

A warm, design-forward cafe ideal for presentations, networking, client meetings, and branded events. During the summer months, the outdoor patio provides additional space for guests to gather in a relaxed setting. Connected seamlessly to The Cafe, The Lounge extends the venue with beautifully curated interiors and flexible layouts, making it an ideal space for larger activations, media events, product showcases, and immersive brand experiences.

The Cafe

Space One (700 SQFT)

The Cafe delivers more than an exceptional venue, we create seamless event experiences. Our in-house catering team offers everything from coffee service and light refreshments to full event catering, with the option to create a completely custom menu tailored to your brand, audience, and event. Combined with thoughtful service and flexible spaces, every gathering is designed to feel effortless and memorable.

Furniture in Cafe x Bica is included. Removal of any furniture is available upon request for an additional fee.

Cafe x Bica includes easy access to washrooms and offers full connectivity to the seasonal patio. It also offers full connectivity to the Lounge for larger events. 

Catering services are offered from a preset or custom menu by Cafe x Bica. Cleaning fees ($100–300) may apply if the space or furniture is stained.

General Event Booking FAQs

  • Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Must be provided by a licensed vendor.
  • Cooking & Preparation: On-site food preparation is allowed.
  • Kitchen Setup: Full kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, prep area, and tables.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol.
  • All alcohol must be served by a licensed vendor.

  • Available Equipment: projectors, 85” television, speakers.
  • Rules: DJs, live music, and amplified music are allowed. Guests may also connect personal devices to the in-house speaker system.

Not Permitted:

  • Bachelor / Bachelorette parties
  • Kids’ parties
  • Sporting event viewing parties
  • Loud music/noise must end by 11:00 PM.
  • Hours are flexible and may be adjusted upon request.
  • Large events require hired security.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • Ticketed events are permitted.
  • Options: Metered street parking and nearby parking lot.
  • Description: Paid street parking is available around Bermont Studio. Guests should check posted signage for rates and restrictions, and consider using a parking app for convenience. Arriving early is recommended to secure a spot, especially during busy hours.
  • Electricity usage is fully allowed within the venue.
  • Outside catering and food are welcome.
  • Alcohol is permitted when served by a licensed vendor.
  • Furniture and decorations may be moved.
  • No nudity allowed.
  • All ages are allowed in the space.
  • Security cameras are installed throughout the venue (never in restrooms or dressing rooms).
